How do I set up my Whoopcon account and connect my business?

Setting up your Whoopcon account takes just a few minutes. Once registered, you can create personal and business profiles, add your products and services, and start connecting with customers and partners right away.

This guide walks you through account creation, business profile setup, and connecting your first catalog so you can start leveraging the Whoopcon marketplace and AI Agent.

Creating your account

Download the Whoopcon app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit the web portal. Tap "Get Started" and sign up with your email address or social login. You'll be asked to verify your email, then set up your personal profile with your name, photo, and location.

Adding your business

From your dashboard, navigate to "My Businesses" and tap "Add Business." Enter your business name, category, description, and contact details. Upload your logo and cover image to make your profile stand out. You can add multiple businesses under a single account.

Once your business profile is created, add your products and services to your catalog. Each listing can include images, pricing, availability, and descriptions. The AI Agent will use this information to help customers find and interact with your offerings.
