1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Whoopcon website and platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta Program

Whoopcon is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Beta features may not perform as expected.

3. User Accounts

When you apply for the beta, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Whoopcon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whoopcon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

10. Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Romanian and EU consumer protection law, users may address complaints to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro. Alternative dispute resolution is available via ANPC’s SAL mechanism. For online disputes, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
